Refund policy
All sales are final.
Due to the one-of-a-kind and often delicate nature of vintage and antique items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or partial refunds for any reason other than an error on our part.
Please note:

All items are sold as-is and may show signs of age, wear, or previous repair consistent with their history.

Measurements, condition notes, and photographs are provided to the best of our ability. We strongly encourage customers to review all details carefully and ask questions prior to purchase.

Fit issues, personal preference, or expectations not aligned with the listing description are not grounds for return.
Exceptions
A return or refund will be considered only if:

You receive an item substantially different from what was described, or

The wrong item was sent due to our error.
In these cases:

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

The item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received

Returns approved under these circumstances will be refunded in full once the item is received and inspected
