A museum-level Roaring Twenties evening piece by historic luxury department house Jay-Thorpe, Inc.. Crafted from luminous peach/apricot silk-blend panne velvet with a liquid sheen and lined in matching sheer peach silk chiffon. Features construction w an exterior capelet overlay, wide kimono bell sleeves, a dropped-waist lower tiered skirt, and an integrated interior silk wrap bodice with long sash ties that wrap the waist.
