Condition: Excellent As-is Antique Condition The silk is exceptionally strong and can support the weight of the beads, a rarity for 100-year-old silk. Beading over 99% intact. There are a few microscopic pinholes, one on the sleeve and one near the hemline. These are smaller than a peppercorn and are completely lost in the drape of the fabric. No significant underarm staining or odors. This garment has been stored flat in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment. To preserve the integrity of the silk, this dress should never be stored on a hanger.
